Roles and Responsibilities
Deeto Infotech looking for a Business development associate to play a critical role in Trisekt, An EdTech start up platform in expanding our presence by onboarding training institutes and students onto our platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and students, effectively communicating the value of our EdTech solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target training institutes, coaching centers, and educational organizations as potential clients.
  • Generate leads through research, referrals, and networking.
Sales Presentation & Demo:
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our EdTech solutions.
  • Highlight the benefits and features of our platform tailored to the needs of each potential client.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Understand their unique needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and support.
Onboarding and Training:
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process onto our platform, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Provide training and support to institutions and students to maximize the value of our products.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process onto our platform, ensuring a seamless transition.

Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the leadership team and product development teams to align strategies and gather market intelligence.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of educational technology and online learning trends.
